SAMSUNG SHOULD LEARN SOMETHING FROM IT'S COMPETITORS...

ONE PLUS BEING AN CHINESE COMPANY PROVIDING LATEST ANDROID UPDATES TO THEIR 3 YEAR OLD DEVICES AND ON THE OTHER HAND SAMSUNG HAS AN INFLUENTIAL MARKET SHARE AND REPUTATION BUT STILL NOT ABLE TO SAVE LATEST ANDROID TECHNOLOGY EVERYTIME FOR THIER 3 YEAR or PLUS OLD DEVICES...

NOT SURE WHY SAMSUNG HAS NO GUTS TO SAVE LATEST TECHNOLOGY FOR THEIR ONCE CALLED FLAGSHIP PHONES AT LEAST...

Bro, I agree to your opinion but my point was altogether about a different thing... That if Samsung wants then they can very easily provide latest technology updates to their at least highend series or Flagships...Seller buyer relationship doesn't last only till sales but after sales too...but if you compare the prices between their and Samsung's highend phones then you can see a huge difference and on sake of that difference Samsung should reciprocate good things and latest updates to thier customers...

I totally agree with you, I never bought a Chinese based mobile whatever it is like Vivo, Oppo, Mi, Poco, Realme and even Oneplus, I also think they steal our data, I can give more 2-3k rs to buy a Samsung phone.

Today I just talked to Samsung Customer care that why we are lagging in providing software update in comparison to other country, He told me to take it seriously whatever happens with, He is not worried about that, Let's see

Yes! My dad was using Chinese brand phone (I won't mention the company name becoz I don't want to defame any company ) .
So one day I just randomly opened device security and was scrolling the settings.
Then suddenly I found that settings which allowed the company to check the keyboard while making payments so as to ensure that the keyboard is not infected. And this means that it is a trick by which they wanna have access to the keyboard data.
And then I also saw advertisements in the app.,which made me really angry.
From then I just hate those cheap phones..but people don't understand this.
They don't care about their privacy..they just want more and more features in their mobiles.
It is really very sad thing .

Don't Trust these sites, often times they provide wrong information.
Andriod 12's Developer Preview hasn't launched yet.
S10 will also receive Andriod 12 , which is the same year as Oneplus 7

🤣🤣🤣 Android 11 update for Oneplus 7 is still in beta and you're talking about Android 12. Atleast Samsung flagships(S and Note) series are completely updated and they were updated by January this year, whereas Oneplus 7 is still in Beta. And then you're crying out that Samsung should learn.. What should it learn, giving slow updates?🤣 See, u cannot expect one child to exce in all subjects (some are there, but let's tak about the normal ones). So, let Samsung do what's best. It has promised to give 3 years of updates to all flagships starting from S10, so let it do that.

Samsung is also providing Android 12 update for three years old devices like s10 series launched before oneplus 7 series

Samsung provides three year major updates for its flagship devices and some high end non-flagship devices and two year major updates for mid range and budget devices

Bro - Exactly...this is why I shared my opinion that customer who is spending more than 70-80k on the high-end devices should be tension free for at least 4 to 5 years that they will be given full support on every aspect...be it After sales or technology upgrades or any device related thing...

Yes. At the end of the day I think Samsung has become over greedy in past few years and is least bothered about customers in India. They are using India to be number 1 in sales for money only. pathetic after sales, service and response. worst of all hopeless battery performance in all models, terrible exynos chipset performance . Horrible response by their so called appointed chatbots. so you may show listing of competitors but Samsung will only do what they feel best for themselves. so no point pointing out here on this forums as all our suggestions go down the drain.
