Could anyone help me? I did not recieved Android 11 for my Galaxy Note 10Plus. I bought the phone in Taiwan but now I live in Germany. I chatted with Samsung customer support and they said that my phone is produced in Taiwan maybe I will not recieve any Update. I find it highly discriminated and unfriendly from Samsung. Does anyone know this problem?? Thanks for sharing.
i had the same issue so what i did is factory reset and all the updates started comming thats why you have to do the same and update me with the results
