Am & PM doesn't display in the clock

Hi I have just bought a new Samsung note 9
I change the clock settings from 24h to 12h mode the Am or PM doesn't display in the notification screen only the clock ??
Any suggestions??

There is no option to show am/pm. Most of the users think it's just a waste of space in notification panel.
