Galaxy NoteWe apologize for the inconvenience that you are experience, to solve the issue and recover your contacts you may try these steps :
1 Google website: If you deleted a contact in the last 30 days, you can move it out of your Trash
Access Contact Google on PC internet > At the top right, click Settings and then Undo changes > Choose a time to go back to > Click Confirm.
Access Contact Google on PC internet > At the left, click Trash > At the top, click Recover
2 Samsung device: If there are some contact lists in the Trash deleted within the last 15 days, you can restore those
Navigate to ‘Contacts’ app > More(navigation menu) > Trash > Edit > select contact lists > click ‘Restore all’

Open the Contacts app.
Tap the Navigation menu (three horizontal lines or dots in the top left).
Select All contacts or choose a specific Google account from the list to view only those contacts
