S22+ is already enabled for 5G as per the airtel app

Yes i saw this.. and also i had a word with customer care.. they are clue less. Not sure what is the issue..

They have kept soft lock on 5G phones, maybe bcoz they don't want all users to jump on 5G at once and down the server
