The pen works fine on screen but doesnt connect to the phone , so air gestures dont work. Similarly, this spen doesn't work on any other Note . Also when i tried a new spen it didnt work.
I didnt get an appropriate response from the service centre. They told me either the motherboard of my phone or the spen is not working.
I read on the Internet Many Note 10 users faced th3 same issues.

This is a known bug with certain updates. There are thousands of people worldwide complaining updates broke their s pen connectivity. Me included. No solution after several days of research. I did find a response from samsung somewhere saying they're aware of the issue and working to fix it.
No choice but to wait for the update and hope it works. Not long now. Android 12 update coming this month.
For now I've disabled air actions to remove that error message. Not much else can be done other than waiting.
