After One ui 4 update there is no Extra dim feature

After long time samsung old flagship phone Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series got Android 12 base One UI 4.0 with January 2022 security patch 

Now point is One of Android 12 popular feature Extra dim are not available 😒 its very disappointing 

there is No Extra dim option in accessibility and Quick toggle bar 

its very disappointing from samsung One ui 4.0
