About offer on Note 10

I have purchased samsung galaxy Note 10 on 1 February 2020 and I was provided the offer about samsung galaxy watch active for Rs- 4990 only
but i was not able to redeem that offer because i was not told by the store person for how to activate that offer. And from last 3 - 4 months the offline stores were closed and i was unable to redeem that offer in the limited time period.

I am using only samsung mobile phones from starting and i am very happy with the experience of the samsung devices.

So if possible please provide that galaxy watch offer now so that i can redeem that offer now
