Please perform the following steps:
>Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->battery ).
>Also, Go to Setting > Device care>Battery.
For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app(Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
