60 fps video on youtube not working

i dont know why but the exynos version of the note 9 is not supporting 60 fps videos on YouTube. Only the videos that are 60 fps hdr are playing in 60 fps but not the normal 60 fps videos like the ones uploaded by jerry rig everything or MrMobile. once you change it...you will be able to see the option in video quality on youtube...but obviously only on those videos which were recorded in 4k

people who don't have note 9 please don't comment, you don't know the problem and are trying to give vague answers

see i did it, still no 60 fps support, and yes the video jerry rig uploads is 60 fps so its not a problem from his sidee8b59774-cda7-4ca6-a1d5-52cda2ba205b.jpg
