I raised a concern of no working of 5G services on my note 20 ultra to customer care. They said ticket has been raised and you will get a solution at the earliest. I not able to use 5G services in Jio despite of phone is upgraded to latest software and 5G services is also avaliable in my city.

My area is having jio 5g but it says even if note 20 ultra is 5g phone it does not support jio true 5g. Phone is updated on latest version but still its not working. Please provide solution, ASAP
