5G not working using Jio5G in Samsung Note 10+5G

My device was purchased in Australia in 2019, where i have used 5G. 

In 2022 5G was rolled out in my area and all new devices can connect with 5G in my house. But this phone does not support 5G for some reason!

P.S phone updated to latest software. Netwrok settings have been reset multiple times. Enrolled for 5G in my area. Network settings set to 5G/LTE/3G.

Jio 5g only can be used in devices purchased in India/Indian variant is only supported(as mentioned on jio.com .

In 2019 nobody knows which all 5g bands will be supported in India. So a device sold outside India in 2019, which is meant to support the 5g bands in the country of sale, not supporting 5g in India in 2023 is not surprising to me. Further, even the phones sold outside India in 2023 don't necessarily support 5g in India. Many are experiencing this issue as well.

Iam your very loyal customer I have using your device since I was 5 years old I started from samsung tab 3 and now with samsung s24 ultra but I was not happy with your one device and that also is my secondary device samsung note 10 plus ,you aren't giving update to this anymore this, I love this phone but want to use one UI 6 on it it's last update was one UI 4.1 please provide me update humble request from me
