Hello Samsung, I purchased Note 20 Ultra 5G for the reason that its a 5G phone, but India's service provider says, my phone needs a software until then 5G can't work on it. You sold this phone stating it's 5G phone, but why the software is missing? Now since 5G is launched in my city, I am unable to use it. In-fact Samsung has to pay me per day certain amount to compensate for the non-availabilty of 5G software in the phone. I think you guys need to learn a lot from Xiaomi, they have released software for all their phones well in advance. I charge you ₹10,000 per day on Samsung for non availability of 5G software. I will soon be sending you a legal notice.

Yesterday on 15th Nov we got 5G software update on Note 20 Ultra 5G. Network of 5G was connected in some parts of Bangalore but not in 95% of areas. Also most importantly Airtel Thanks App which usually detects and says if Handset is 5G enabled or not or if 5G software is yet to be released has started telling after 5G software update on 15th Nov that Note 20 Ultra 5G is not a 5G enabled phone. Raised complaint with Airtel. Coordinate with them and tell us

 Any logic why are you selling 5G phones at premium price when the phone is not 5G enabled? Why would you even to market it as 5G ready phone? If you were to send out 5g OTA updates then this should have been done long back even before the service providers were ready with the service. You need to compensate all the 5G phone owners for fooling them and looting their hard earned money for not giving them the service you committed them. I am in for any legal action that may be required to be taken against Samsung.. Shame, Chinese brands worth half the prices of Note 20 ultra is 5G enabled but a lakh rupee phone is waiting for the update.

Dear Samsung Support, is there a time to any time soon? You have already cheated all note users by selling your handsets a 5G now when 5G is rolled out in India we get to know that the handset is not 5G! Pease return our money back with penalties.
