5G Software for Note 20 Ultra 5G

Hello Samsung, I purchased Note 20 Ultra 5G for the reason that its a 5G phone, but India's service provider says, my phone needs a software until then 5G can't work on it. You sold this phone stating it's 5G phone, but why the software is missing? Now since 5G is launched in my city, I am unable to use it. In-fact Samsung has to pay me per day certain amount to compensate for the non-availabilty of 5G software in the phone. I think you guys need to learn a lot from Xiaomi, they have released software for all their phones well in advance. I charge you ₹10,000 per day on Samsung for non availability of 5G software. I will soon be sending you a legal notice.

Same issue...after updating to android 13, airtel app says my handset doesn't support 5g. This is crazy 🤪.

I got 5G signal in Bangalore and was able to experience high data transfer but after sometime lost 5G signal and Airtel app says Phone is not a 5G enabled handset.

Though Airtel app says note 20 ultra 5G is not a 5G device, I did get 5G signals on my note 20 ultra device briefly for a few minutes today. Attached screenshot shows my device on 5G network

Hello Friends
I received Android 13 UI5 update on my Note 20 Ultra 5G yesterday. Upon updating to this version, 5G is working on Airtel Network in Bangalore. Check let me know if it's working for you all too
