you have to buy separately which will cost you around 3299 or 4000 around in this price point you can take a wireless charging pad that would suit more for your note 10 plus
my friend 45 w charger will take 50 mins to fully charge your device and normal 25w charger takes 1hour 5 mins so i think for the cost of 4k that charger is not that much valuable . if you dont care about just 15 mins
