* Try different OTG with your device and check by another pen drive.
* Check USB connection :- Perform interactive checks through the Samsung Member apps (Samsung members -> Get Help -> Interactive checks -> Charger/USB).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
