Hi team,

Post july update unable to play hd content on Amazon prime video or Netflix. It seems the issue with widevine L1 certificate, please look onto this and give me an update I have reached out to customer care and the request number is as shown below.

REQUEST NUMBER:3764117135

I have updated my phone with october update, clearity is very low post update

Please let us know why we are unable to play HD vidoe on amazon and netflix

I reached out to netflix, they clearly said that my phone has widevine L3 certificate instead of L1. I dont know with which update on my phone it updated from widevine L1 certificate to L3.

Pls look into this, it seems like you ppl have removed the widevine L1 certificate support for M30S HANDSET, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ISSUE ON PRIORITY BASIS.

All the issues fixed with September security update. And October security also released. Update your device and clear data of ott apps. You are good to go.
