once again i come here with complain as the touch screen getting worse and worse each day, ghost touches has increased tremendously, as well as the screen hanging. Note: i do NOT have any kind of physical damage whatsoever, and yet it's acting like there are all kinds of problems hidden inside. though i feel like after each security updates it gets less and does no occur often. samsung has done a awful job with making budget devices that has specification of a midrange device. which means poor housing, and poor housing equals bad touch sensitivity.

first if after update then once clear wipe cache partition it may help

A. Clear Wipe Cache Partition.
Steps to perform.
1) Turn off the device.

(Connect with type C cable/type C earphone only for Android 11)

2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the power button.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys.
4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition".
5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System.
6) Press the Power key to restart the device.

2nd go to safemode and observe is there same issue in safemode too
if not then problem may due to other downloaded apps
and if same issue in safemode then try to visit service centre

steps to turn safemode;
long press on power button>
long press on power off option>click on safemode >your mobile will restart and turn into safemode.

Keep in mind that in this mode only inbuilt system app will work

i have done all these steps, even went to service center and they've said it is due to the device being faulty

no, they said they can't do anything and i ran out of warranty to ask for a replacement

perhaps, so i pretty much gave up on the outcome after that, but things didn't bothered me back then, but it's been increasing alot lately, and the updates seem to make it even worse (?)

if you feel its due to software update then you can approach them to reinstall software from their end may be it will help you anyway as of now send email most probably you will get a call within 2-3 days
