Please perform the below mentioned steps to resolve the issue:
1. Check the message center number:-
Please follow the below steps:- Messages>More (Three dots)>Settings>More settings>Text messages> Tap on Message Center>Enter the correct Message center number and Tap on OK.
Note: Contact your service provider to get the correct message center number.
2. Clear the messaging app's data:-
Settings>Apps>Select and tap on Messages>Storage>Clear data>OK>Message app data cleared
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).
