secure folder in m31s

I have UPDATED my mobile sumsung galaxy m31s one UI 2.5 update but why I have not get the secure folder yet?

Please sumsung, Please help me.

then power off your phone and press volume up and power button till your device name doesn't appear and then release keys

do one thing .try to open ur device in safe mode and then restart ur device. it might help. for safe mode long press power button

Go to settings, then Biometrics and security and see if secure folder is there or not.
