secure folder in m31s

I have UPDATED my mobile sumsung galaxy m31s one UI 2.5 update but why I have not get the secure folder yet?

Please sumsung, Please help me.

restart your device if problem persist try to contact samsung through whatsapp as earlier i also faced same problem but it was solved by samsung

in samsung member app you will see bell icon (inbox) open it and then there you will samsung support through whatsapp
