samsung m21 bugs/issues

I'm using Samsung m21 device. It's hardly been 2 months and there are lots of bugs in my device. 

1. Camera app lags a lot while loading, several times it generates just black image after image processing.

2. Does not connect to my MSI laptop via Bluetooth. 

3. Touch becomes unresponsive sometimes. Gesture navigation bar doesn't work. 

4. Wifi automatically gets disconnected, '
WiFi keeps disconnecting' message pops up in the notification bar. 

I went to service center too for these problems and they did updated the software too. But yet these problems persists.

Does you have updated it with July security patch?

yes.. and i went to service center too. they updated it once again. yet the problem is not resolved.

Ratna that's why it is happening. July security patch comes with lots of bugs and now you can't go back to previous version. So next time don't be in hurry to update ur phone first see is it beneficial or not

Not an employee in Samsung but always get in touch with samsung policies and updates. Just wait for next update it will fine.

well I didn't rushed onto anything. the day I got my hand on this device it already had the update. also it's not out fault. if their software is not stable they shouldn't just hustle up process and release it to customer.

Indirectly they always want that customer buy new device after some time. 😏
