Last year 10th October , I bought a samsung galaxy M30s . for last 1YR (That is warranty period) it would would working fine. After wards that is last update (october 2020) it would be crashed .

I would send the mobile to authorised service center. They told it was motherboard issue , the replacement cost of motherboard may be around Rs 8000. So in which way it would happens after updating the software. I Investigate via Internet on Samsung complaints website . Approximately lot of persons complaining about the same issue. we didnt expecting these from reputed company like SAMSUNG.

So kindly recovery all crashed mobiles and provide defect free update as well as mobile as soon as possible.

If you purchased your device on october last year, then it should have warranty 🤔

Exactly same issue that I faced after passing of 1 year and 1 month of purchase of my Samsung M30s (6 GB, 128 GB) model. The mother board crashed after an update and then the local service center said that its has been a common issue for most M30s handsets. They said to replace the mother board with a cost of around Rs.9000/- .

I did not expect it from a Global brand like Samsung. Even cheap chinese phones lasts long for 3-4 years. We users definitely deserve a resolution from Samsung on this issue. The company should refund the money or replace the mother board free of cost. In future, we may opt to tweet to several stakeholders on this as well.

My Samsung m30s mobile suddenly stopped working after security update and care center told me that motherboard is crashed. My mobile is out of warranty  and i cant afford 7k for the mistake that I didn't made, if this issue cannot resolved by you then i will not hesitate to lodge complaint in court. This is pure fraud and i didn't expected from global companies like yours although I'm a Samsung customer since past 10 years. Waiting for your reply ASAP.
