I recently send you a restarting issue in my phone.
This issue not solve yet as your guideline. My phone problem is that in every single day it restart automatically within 5-6 min. All setting i checked already. Please tell me how to resolved this problem. Because i thought that there is any problem in this handset. Pls solve my confusion and my problem.
1st done a hard reset if ur phone has still that restart problem then go to the service center and ask them to do software on it, after that if u face that issue again then the problem is with ur phone , i also face that issue in my s7 edge, then they changed motherboard of my phone,
To resolve auto restart issue please follow below given steps:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Turn off auto start.
