processor and camera issues

Why are you using same processor ,i.e. exynos 9611, in many phones (m21,m30 ,a51, f41.........)of different price ranges ever it's not so much better? Exynos 9611 is not so good processor,  there is so many processing issues in this processor. Either use processor of snapdragon or improve your processor exynos 9611. Phone has 6000mAh battery but it's not giving performance like 6000 due to it's bad processor although my phone is of 6 months.

Main issue is processing image and it's optimisation.

Bad features of camera :

1. There is no option for HDR ,it's is on auto mode that's so bad.

2. Very bad in focus especially during macro photos.

3. Night shot is so bad due to its optimisation.

4. Zoom is not good i.e. image start bursting at 4x.

5. There are so many grains found on zoomed images. 

I want to say it doesn't give performance like 48MP even although it is.

You gave so many features but that are not smart because either there are not easy to use or not working properly i.e. swap to take screenshots. 

Finally , I want to advise you please improve your processor and camera and give smart features to COMPETE other brand phones.

In normal mode, good quality photos can be obtained upto 2.5x, midrange phone doesn't have telephoto lens to give good quality photos. Night shot needs some ample amount light to make it work, or else, need to use 48 mp mode with auto flash light. If you want photo of 4x zoom, then skip it and switch to 48 mp mode and do crop it. Don't use 48 mp mode against any light.
