My Samsung internet browser's search bar keeps appearing and desappearing, i don't know why ... like a shiny sun (twinkling).

Perform normal phone reset settings once
settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings
or
clear internet cache/data..

no solution of them worked for me. i guess it is matter of update (system issue)
