opening apps in pop view from notification

I just wanted to know that is there a way to open some apps which supports pop up view like WhatsApp and YouTube to directly open them in pop up view from notice without opening the entire up through notification.??

but what if we want to open the app from notification panel because that reminder just comes for idk about 5 sec or something.. then what.?

this is a nice option to have but it's not convenient sometimes like you are playing some heavy game and a notification pops up like that.. then the game will not be running smooth just because of that.. that's why I want the option to open it from the notification panel itself

No such option in notification panel..but you can use game launcher to avoid such notifications during game..

Bro, if you are using game launcher, the open any game and swipe up(if you are using navigation buttons) and tap game tools at bottom left>and follow screenshots

Note,: if you are using navigation gestures>game tool will be seeing the notification panel
