I lose my dates from mobile when replacing of motherboard, the reason of failure of motherboard due to error happens in updating of mobile in the warranty period...I lose my all data

Ohh so sad you should have backup your data.

Its normal, the storage of your device is on motherboard.
So changing the motherboard will definitely cause this.

I think there are no ways of retrieving it as long as you get your old motherboard back and then backup its data.
