My cousin is using samsung m52 5g mobile and he maintained the very well without a single minor scratch on it and after months when it updated it got like a small shaded line and disappeared in days and after 1 month it got completely pink like and i visited samsung service center for this and they replied that the display need to replaced and it costs 7000+ and they also confirmed that the line occurred due to update and their policies to replace for free for pink line is only available for few models and in the same time im facing same issue in OnePlus mobile and without any difficulty they replaced for free and too good service from OnePlus and then i contacted samsung support also for this.... initially they asked time to resolve and they acted like they will help me but they played a well game like they postponed the resolution for few days so that ill stop looking for a free repair slowly due to time but actually i bought a new mobile again and im still waiting for replacement of combo but at the end they replied no free service moreover they are saying repair cost is 9000 approximately as i raised complaint and they did nothing and they are feeling so so over attitude and they are too cruel and .........
....recently i brought fold 5 which is high end and it performs too worse then iphone and oneplus phones samsung only has lots of features but wont work properly.., tha camera quality is also not so good for quick or low light of high light.., samsung phone cameras are only for stable photos and professional photographers but iphones can give photos like pro for everyone there is no need to professional photographer 😉 i have iphone se2020 a
Which gives a awesome video outpot then samsung fold 5................so im telling everyone to stop investing in dabba🤣 samaung phones and better go to another brands.............and also im requesting to everyone to raise consumer acts on samsung phones who facing issues with samsung. Yeah lets gather together everyone to fight againist these over rude services by samsung

Boycott Samsung, they play dirty with M series customer, they completely ignored M series customers. I faced the issue as well after software update. Why the hell they are providing updates if they haven't tested their software update. Very bad behaviour, worst treatment from Samsung. This issue should get more attention, spread the news.
