Galaxy MFriends yesterday I faced an issue with the earphones on my Galaxy M40. So I contacted the customer support through WhatsApp and instructed me to get assist from nearby Samsung service centre. And today I visited on and said about the complaint I faced So the guy told me the it must be the issue with usb type-c sub board . So I gave it for repair and left ,on evening they contacted me and said "The issue is not with the sub board ,it is with the main board and need to replace it ".
So I asked the is the warranty is available then they replayed "Yes, it is available but we are unable to place the order for the product, And included we will wait 2 more days to place the order else the Samsung will provide a voucher valued same as the price I ordered the phone ".
Please help me guys what should I do , they even told they need to keep the phone for 2 weeks and cannot gave it back .
Actually what is happening does anyone have this experience please help.

Galaxy MBetter to take voucher of same amount and buy A series like A51 or A71 (better to put some extra from your pocket). Reason is you will get knox security, Samsung pay... for A series. In addition you will get 1 year more warranty.
If you are not taking voucher then you will loose & the reason is now on the same price range (i guess you bought in 17k plus for sure) you will get far better phone with better features. In addition you will loose 1 year warranty.
Samsung service centers playing games if you want your old phone then ask them to keep it. I am ready to bet they will give you in 2 days. 3 months back i faced same issue & they told me it will take 18 days then i asked them to keep it your phone is worst and did complain on Samsung Twitter, the magic happened they repaired next day itself.
so choice is yours but i will suggest to take voucher if your lucky ask them to enable it for Samsung online shop app as well.
From that app you can buy any series like M, A, S....

Galaxy MBro I used it for 11 months now, Yesterday I performed Factory rest So no personal data and having no issue with , But the issue is whether they replace it with good board and if not how to use the voucher .
Please assist me.

Galaxy MYes Bro I wish the board to be replaced ASAP , But if the voucher is given There is no scope of buying the same model ie M40 because it is online model . And for A series I need to spend extra money to purchase it , So will not be a good idea for me because I have no money for it .And also it takes time
