m31s hangs while using whatsapp

Since two days my Samsung  m31s is hanging  while using whatsapp. While typing  a  message  it literally  hangs out and I can do nothing. Also it restarts itself while using Maps.

after cache partition also same problem arrives because 9611 is waste processor so

I tried changing the whatsapp wallpaper to black and theme also to dark. it's working now

try changing the whatsapp wallpaper to black and theme of whatsapp to black. I did the same till now no issues.
the issue is with display that's why it is hanging.
