Galaxy MIt can be anything improper signal transmission from antenna, too much crowd near you and the signal strength is low, they might be intentinally doing it.
Because I am using Airtel sim and this happens with me everyday, they intentinally provide you poor network now a days, because they want you to spend extra money and become their platinum member.
