I've been facing the issues with my Galaxy M31 as its mobile network does not work frequently even there is full network. Due to this, I couldn't take call or make call as well as can't connect to mobile internet even internet connectivity shows frequently.
I tried many times by resetting the phone but the problems are remaining.
Is it having hardware problem with network. But internet is working while connected to Wi-Fi.
