About VOLTE

Hii friends...I am facing a problem  with my internet that when I call any one or any call come on my mobile..my internet is close and didn't  use internet  at same time...so I call to customers  care company of my sim sard company they told that your phone not support VOLTE ....

But I think samsung m31 have all features...if anyone know about setting to use my internet while calling plz explain me...

Hi.. If you get call on the same number on which you are using mobile data, then mobile data gets stopped. This is with any phone

if you have data in one sim
and when you call with other sim then this would happen

but in Xiaomi both net and call are running simultaneous....😔😔

if u use calling with same sim which having internet then no issue
but if your data is on 1st sim.
and you are calling from sim 2 which has no data then it will happened

I faced this issue with Vodafone a long time ago, so I emailed my phone number and location to their customer service email and they fixed it.
