i am using m30s since 18 months , after the latest software update my phone is getting rebooted again and again , i had been to service center they said mother need to be replaced , mother board is for Rs 8000/- , why should i pay for it when it is because of update . I have come to know this is not with me it is with many other customers , so i want samsung to replace mother board for free of charge
I got my motherboard replaced free from samsung today only after following up from them for abt a month. Mark and email to their ceo and they will change it free of cost
