m30s update, should I?

My m30s is on September security update, should I update it to latest version as a lot of talk about how Samsung only sends bugs , removes L1 widevine and other features in there update also a lot of peeps are noticing worse battery life, so it is safe for me to update it to the latest version?

you should never avoid system updates. People complain because they operate their phone in a rough manner by installing unknown apps or surfing through ad that might have bloated their phone and made it slow.

Probably the update you're getting is of One UI3.0. My mother has the same device and is running the latest update. Since she doesn't use Netflix, can't comment on Widevine L1, but everything else is smoother snappier and more responsive. In short, its buttery smooth

Definitely update, its gives new features if its a software and if it's a security update
