SOFTWARE UPDATE

I have a Samsung M30S and now there is no software Update after android version 12. I do not need a new phone but there are some apps that will not run unless it is updated to android version 12. Previously the apps were working fine  on android 11. Now they will only run on android 12. 

As a samsung customer This is diasspointing to not get the latest version updates on time.

Yes, even I am facing the same stress. And also my mobile is not connecting to 2G wifi networks.  It is very difficult when there is no mobile network and 2G wifi connection doesn't work.  Please send an update with the fix
