my m30 device USB connector connected/disconnected notification display I can't hide this notification also my phone display not turn off

or mobile battery very high usage and heating phone pls help me Samsung care or dear my friends... this problems last 3months no solution found

Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > support > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.

we have done this number of time but instead of seeking software issue they always suggest to do the hard reset for my phone

1. Settings>>>Developer option>>Default USB configuration>>>USB tethering>>Disable it.

2. If the issue still persists then check the USB connection. Perform interactive checks through Samsung member apps:- Path:- Samsung member>>>Get help>>>Interactive check>>Charger/USB.

3. Also make sure that you are using a genuine Samsung charge.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Error report).
