after update my phone is also so laggy
i found the solution
turn auto restart option in divice care
it improves the performance as
well as battry life
now my phone is so smooth
android 10 update is works better after this

I am using M20
The phone is not laggy
I lost 1H backup.
but I have a network problem. Sometimes data doesn't work at all for a few seconds.
