lock screen soft button

Need lock screen button widget or shortcut on screen so that physical button click can be avoided

I have M30s and I could not find any widget for the same

Bro, check if your device is compatible with one hand operation+ or not..if yes then use that
or
enable Accessibility>assistant menu..

yes please... enable soft lock widget on screen
it is always hard to press the physical button.....
