Many app crashed when update android 11

So i deside my galaxy m31 downgrade android 10 with one UI 2.5

Also many bug

app crash could be due to version incompatible as some apps aren't optimized well for android 11 which is a very new OS

One ui 3.0 works perfectly but some apps need to be updated from the galaxy store along with the play store for example Samsung note can be only updated from the galaxy store
