data transfer not working in m21

When I connect my m21 device to computer or laptop via USB cable it begins to charge but data transfer do not work I even tried to do it manually in developer option but still its not working.Are you guys also experiencing the same?

check if Windows has Driver installed & Updated. Press wind+X key>navigate to Device manager>open device manager> look last USB Device Section. Plug in again and see if it detects your Device

no it is not detecting in device manager I have checked it is not showing

then you have to install samsung driver. just go to windows update section and check for update if there is any usb driver install is available

After updating my device to one ui 3.1 data transfer is working.

What is the problem in this Samsung m21 phone that the internal memory does not copy paste and move to Pendrive
