data transfer not working in m21

When I connect my m21 device to computer or laptop via USB cable it begins to charge but data transfer do not work I even tried to do it manually in developer option but still its not working.Are you guys also experiencing the same?

just went to usb configuration and turned on transferring files but still it didn't work.

nothing is working it just starts cable charging and my pc is not able to recognize the phone.it didn't show the notification to change the setting from charging to media transfer.

then bro as of now use smart switch app to transfer data

I think may be there is some problem in usb port of my mobile
