What is the best option to restrict background data for all apps/certain apps on samsune mobiles??

Currently using: samsung m30s

put all apps to sleep or u can restrict background process in developer options

i was asking for background mobile data restriction, i think this will disable background app processing.

You can download Samsung Max, And there u will find an option to restrict background data.

Try these steps
Settings->Apps ->Desired app->Disable "Allow background data usage ". This may restrict the apps to use data in the background
