brand new samsung m06 5g lagging. wiped cache. will it fix the issue

i bought a m06 a month ago ad it has the april patch oneui 7. it hanged at initial days now i wiped the cache. can it resolve this problem and also tha battery fast drain issue

Yes offcourse. Also complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. We regret to hear about your experience with our product. Please believe that this is not a usual occurrence.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concerns.

1. Galaxy device Battery drain issue: Charge in one go instead of charging many times as it affects the life span of battery and battery performance.

1. Perform Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Select Device Maintenance/Device Care > Optimize > Optimize all options like Battery, Storage, and Memory.

2. Turn off Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth etc. when not in use.

3. Check device network fluctuation. Avoid usage in areas with low network/fluctuation.

4. Reduce the display brightness level or set the device to auto-brightness mode.

5. Adjust screen timeout settings: Go to Settings > Display > Screen timeout > Select the minimum screen timeout.

6. Check which application is or interface is using more battery from device care and try to update app or avoid using that app.

7. Close background running apps.

8. Turn off auto sync of e-mails, app data etc.
Open notification panel > Turn off auto sync option.

2. Galaxy device lagging issue: ● Check space availability: Settings > Battery and device Care > Storage.

● Check RAM in your device: Settings > Battery and device Care > Memory.

● Check app cache: Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

● Clear cache memory of a particular application: Settings > Apps > pick the app > Storage > Clear Cache.

● Close Background Apps.

● Remove third-party applications.

● Remove memory card: Apps > Settings > Device maintenance > Storage > More option > Storage settings > SD card > Unmount.

● Remove third-party accessories.

● Kindly disable Power saving mode( if enable).

● Update software: Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Check for software update > If Software update available > Download > Downloading updates > Install now
Note: Your phone will restart after the update is installed.

● You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send).

Same issue also I'm also facing, just got the brand new device yesterday, became nervous after its poor pathetic performance.
Not sure whether samsung will fix this performance optimization problem 😕.
