Galaxy M- I am Roy from Kerala. Now using M53 5g. My Complaint is Battery Draining. In Half an hour more than 7% , Bluetooth will connect but no sound, In Camera Mode Touch not working continously. I have purchased recently, After two days I contact the Seller. They request to contact the Authorized Service Centre. After Contact they ask me to use the phone in their presence half an hour. They noticed the battery draining. After that they told they have updated some software, and ask me to use for one week. Same problem is showing.Second time also I go there. Now they are telling, they want 24Hrs for Continous Checking. I give to them. From the Customer Side Battery Manufacture's will not check all the parameters in the company for each Battery. Random check only. Full check up is going only through customers. So I request to Authorized Service Centres,not to tell there is no problem, with the battery
