adaptive power saving mode problem

Usually adaptive power saving mode change the power mode from optimise to medium power saving mode when my phone's charge was below 50% but since last week I noticed that in Alternative day it   works usually E and other alternative days it does not do in those days when the charge  is below 20% I restart the phone and then it goes to medium power saving mode automatically so please give me a solution for why this is happening to me please tell me

on alternative days it doesn't work means today it doesn't work but yesterday it works

now just observe for next days if not issue like todays then ignore it, but if same thing happens again then you need to clear cache and data of device care, it may help but as of now wait

but in this week from Monday to today I observe that it works on alternative day means it works on on Tuesday and Thursday and doesn't work on Monday Wednesday and today.

To resolve the issue please follow below given steps:-

 

1. Check device in safe mode:- Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications.
To enter in safe mode:- Press and hold the Power key, when Power off icon appears > Press and hold the power off icon.
To exit safe mode restart the device.

 

2. Reset the device:- Before resetting, kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
How to reset:- Settings > General management > Reset.

 

If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app along with short video, screenshot and error log file(Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
