Will M31s get android 13 update?

As M31s was released in July 2020 with android 10 and samsung is committed to 3 os updates as promised and later security patches why is m31s not it the list of android 13 update list even m31 is included which was released with android 10 in February.

All M series devices gets 2 major OS updates, not 3. 3 OS updates are limited to A52, A51 A52s, A72, A71, S20, Note 20, S10 and Note 10 devices. M31 won't get Android 13. Also the latest A33, A53, A73, S22 and S21 series are getting 4 major OS updates.

Android 10 can't be included as 3 major updates because android 10 already existed in the device it cannot be considered a major update. the 3 major updates are those which we update. am I right...
