The are not the worst but more cunning than apple.... they tease apple for no earphone jack and later tease them for no charger now they do the same thing... it's all just a business for them they don't care about the customer or quality of service, ...
I guess they wouldn't as they are loosers, they made us pay 18k + and gave us m31s with low quality plastic since July 2020 with lots of bloatwares and ads to make a huge profit and now they wouldn't support the phone properly so that we would upgrad...
