I know this is an off topic, but it does concern our life as without this our phone will not work.
Lately I have noticed on my and families phone.
I.e. m51 two, a7 2017. A30s j7 Pro
The problem is simple all are having jio connections due to covid we all are at home.
The problem:
If the phone is ideal mode I.e. deep sleep mode u r not touching it. 😤 if 1% u call on that no. U will hear the mobile is switched off. Buy interesting is that your phone is on and jio 4g and signal is showing but your data or calls in and out are not happening.
But if you do ✈mode on and off everything starts working you are good to go.
There are no many times if u have called any no. From a jio connection to any operator even there's, you will hear:
The user is out of the network coverage area.
After say 10 min you will receive an sms. Saying that the user is ready to take your calls. I mean what is this. With jio. I send a lot of emails to jio but every time I got a reply from them that your network is in good coverage area and everything is ok by our side but this problem they are not able to understand or digest the fact that that network goes away a for some time how many of you have faces issue with your jio connection do share your feedback looking forward I cannot understand what is going on

I hope this will give u a better idea 💡 of the network you are talking about. Jio is good no doubt but lately this problem has made me think why? Even the Co. Call centre is not able to solve this. Well next time I am recording this for sure and sharing it with them as a proof. Screenshot_20210719-025404_Chrome_30712.jpgScreenshot_20210719-025240_Settings_30710.jpg

It doesn't really matter because in ky area the network signal is around -109dbm and still the internet speed is very decent i got around 2 MBPS ( im talking megabytes per second not megabits per second)
The problem is how many people in your area use that network at that same time. If in your area a lot of people use jio then it is the problem.
You should complaint on the customer care numberScreenshot_20210722-152946_Settings.jpg
